We now arrive at the second stage of fighting. Most situations will end up on the ground, but before you land there is the most important step before the finish. That step is your in-close fighting and take-downs. This DVD will introduce some of the beginner, intermediate, and advanced sweeps and throws found within the over 4,000 techniques of Hwa Rang Do®. If you want to make your opponents surrender, you must be able to set them up for your lockups. This is where your take-downs come in, and this tape will give the necessary vocabulary in getting to the ground in a manner that sets your opponent up for the final surrender.
